The SACBS After School Care will begin Monday, Sept. 9. Hours will be 3:30-5:30. Care will not be provided during holidays or summer vacation. Children left unattended after carpool ends at 3:40 p.m. will automatically become part of the After Care Program and will be charged the appropriate fees. 

An additional $5.00 late fee charge, plus a $1 per minute fee will be charged for pickups later than 5:30 p.m.

There is a $75 enrollment fee per student. A snack will be provided to all students who attend after school care.

Parents are able to pre-purchase dates at a discounted rate based on the number of days needed. No refunds will be issued for unused days. All days will expire at the end of the 2024-2025 school year.

  • Up to 30 days: $250/child

  • 31-60 days: $450/child

  • 61-90 days: $650/child

  • Annual (for the whole school year): $1000/child

The daily rate will be $10/day. All students who utilize the after care program will be charged the $75 enrollment fee. All package rates will be added to the monthly tuition payment or pre-paid in full.

I understand the fee structure as listed above. I understand that all payments for aftercare will be added to my FACTS account and will be added to my monthly tuition payment. I also understand that I can pre-pay in full if preferred. I understand that unused days will be forfeited at the end of the academic year.
